Cancellation Policy
Participants must complete a waiver and are encouraged to arrive in appropriate attire that aligns with their respective bookings. Vulgar or inappropriate clothing, including gestures, language, or attire that may be offensive to others, will not be tolerated. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Clients who damage equipment, facilities, or property will incur additional fees, including charges for any mess left behind. Respect for all participants and staff is mandatory at all times. Our Zero-Tolerance Policy strictly prohibits teasing, inappropriate language, and bullying. Any policy violation will result in immediate removal from the premises, with no refund issued. This facility is a weapon-free and drug-free zone.
